Background #

EDMC, a for-profit educational institution, with over 100 campuses relied on scheduled recurring flat file transfers for many data integrations between internal systems and third-party partners.

I was a member of the systems administrator team from 2012 to 2017.

Solutions #

Developed automation framework for Enterprise File Transfer environment using object-oriented Perl with support for file-level encryption and database queries.

Supported multiple file transfer protocols include CIFS, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and S3.
